TOOL + DIE
By utilizing cutting-edge technology, specialized equipment, and a skilled development team, we are able to provide our customers with a competitive edge. Additionally, our in-house tool and die manufacturing capability allow us to quickly bring new solutions to market.
FOUNDRY
We combine our advanced engineering expertise with our experience to provide the best solution for each product. We use Gravity Die Casting technology to manufacture our cast aluminum parts, and Green Sand Casting process for producing Ductile Iron and Gray Iron castings. Furthermore, we have both Horizontal and Vertical High Pressure Moulding Line (HPML) technology, which is rare in the industry, provides flexibility to cast a wide range of parts at competitive prices. Our tenured expertise in multiple aluminum and iron alloys. Additionally, we produce investment castings in a variety of materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, aluminum alloy and any other materials per customer specifications, adhering to industry standards like ASTM, AISI, DIN, EN and JIS.
MACHINING + ASSEMBLY
We are equipped with state-of-the-art machine shop facilities, including Vertical Machining Centers (VMCS), Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCS) and Turning Centers. These machining work centers allow us to produce high precision with great flexibility. Our flexible production line, MAZAK 32 Palletech system, is able to meet any requirement for quality and quantity. In addition, we provide various services to our customers such as part surface treatments and assembly. Our full-service package ensures that when the part or subassembly reaches our customers facility, it is ready to be installed, giving them a competitive advantage.
